I found this app a number of years ago and started logging my appointments and health issues. I've found it so handy to have all of my information at my fingertips.
Looking an electronic PHR for patients for long time. This is the best that help to organize the data well. Would be great if the data or documents can be archived in google drive as it took lots of effort and time in building the data. Thank you.
Super application, intuitive, permet de partager en famille les informations. Me permet de me rappeler les derniers rdvs de notre famille de 5 + les 2 chiens que j'ai ajouté aussi. J'y note aussi les informations importantes de la consultation. Très simple d'utilisation.

App keeps crashing on android phone. I have sent numerous emails and gotten no response. I want to use app but it doesn't even open.
The app is okay. I reached out to their team to suggest some enhancements as I work in the healthcare field and they were responsive however I got the impression they weren't very interested in my opinion. It is very difficult to find an app to use for personal medical records let alone finding one that will do what you want it to do. Hopefully they will add some features in the near future. Otherwise this app does work pretty good and for the most part does what I wanted to.

P. Reginster J'apprécie une application qui permet de centraliser tout mon dossier médical et d'être connecté avec le CHU qui me suis depuis de nombreuses années. Plus besoins de chercher, il suffit d'ouvrir l'application.
Giving me error when entering new data. Wont even show chart with previews data entry.. on labs. Please fix LOVE THIS APP
Development team very responsive. When entering Rx Hx 1 of few apps that allow actual stop date entry. Highly recommended!
